    Parents: Ole Peter Mikkelsen and Christine Maria Samuelsen.

    Died: 19 December 1931, San Francisco, California.

    Buried: Olivet Memorial Park, Colma, California.

    Married: Petra Jorgina Hansen 28 Nov 1892 in Forest City, Iowa. She died in 1944.

    Ordained: 1892 into the Danish Methodist Church. Received into the UDELC in 1909.

    Came to America in 1892. Returned to Denmark in 1908 and came back to the US in 1909 as a Lutheran pastor.

    1892 - 1908 Pastor with the Norwegian-Danish Methodist Church in America.
    1908 - 1909 Visited family and preached in Denmark.
    1909 - 1913 Pastor at Borson Danish Ev. Lutheran of Blooming Prairie, MN; Saint Ansgar's Danish Ev. Lutheran of Summit Township, Steele County, MN; and Godthaab (Good Hope) Danish Ev. Lutheran of Geneva, MN.
    1914 - 1920 Pastor at Immanuel Danish Ev. Lutheran in Racine, Wisconsin.
    1920 - 1928 Pastor at Saint Ansgar Danish Ev. Lutheran in San Francisco.

    2. In the 1870 Denmark census, his father is a prisoner in the Vridsløselille Prison in Herstedvester near Copenhagen. Not sure where Mikkel and his mother were then.
